Dąb Lava Rustic — Surface and Character

Dąb Lava Rustic, made from European oak, is finished with hardwax oil, providing wood with a natural effect while avoiding heavy coatings. Another advantage is easier local renovation compared to lacquered surfaces. Details about this type of finish can be found in the guide on caring for oiled and hardwax-oiled floors.

The 4V brushing highlights the grain and natural structure of the wood. The edges of each board are distinctly marked thanks to the 4V beveling, giving the floor an orderly and harmonious appearance. With the dark color, the play of light accentuates the grain, adding depth and variability to the floor's appearance throughout the day.

The available wood grades, Natur or Rustic, indicate the presence of knots and varied grain, enriching the floor's natural character. Over time, the wood will also develop its own patina. If you want to compare differences in wood selection, refer to the text on wood selection for flooring.
