What Makes Dąb Lava Rustic Stand Out?

Dąb Lava Rustic by Lareco is a floor made from European Oak, characterized by its dark and intense color that pairs perfectly with light walls, black, graphite, and naturally sourced textiles. The wood's structure is accentuated by the brushed surface with 4V beveling, enhancing its distinctive character.

The hardwax oil finish preserves its natural appearance and matte surface. Wood grades such as Natur and Rustic allow for tailoring the floor to individual interior styles. If you value a more authentic wood look, explore the wood selection section.

Dąb Lava Rustic — Surface and Character

Dąb Lava Rustic, sourced from European Oak, is finished with hardwax oil, enhancing its natural grain without creating a thick coating. This type of finish allows for easier surface renewal. For more information on its characteristics, refer to the care guide for oiled and hardwaxed floors.

The brushed surface with 4V beveling emphasizes the oak's structure, clearly defining each board, giving it a fully natural appearance. The dark Lava finish reveals various qualities under changing lighting: in stronger light, the richness of grain and colors becomes apparent, while in dimmer light, the floor appears deeper and more calming.

The floor has a distinct natural character with emphasized grain patterns, knots, and patina that develops over time. The final appearance is also determined by the wood grade Natur or Rustic. Details on these effects can be found in the wood selection guide.
