What Makes Dąb Moss Rustic Stand Out?

The Dąb Moss Rustic flooring by Lareco showcases European oak in its natural shade, allowing its authentic pattern to shine. The main features of the Rustic grade include dominant, pronounced grain, although a more subdued Natur grade is also available. In interiors, the flooring creates a cozy, natural ambiance, harmonizing with both modern and classic arrangements.

Hardwax oil finish accentuates the natural oak pattern, and with brushing and 4V beveling, the wood's structure gains character. Such floors are dedicated to lovers of natural patterns who prefer more varied surfaces. Those interested in such finishes should also consider oiled boards.

Dąb Moss Rustic is available as a solid wood board in dimensions of 15 × 90 × 300–1200 mm and 15 × 130 × 300–1200 mm. In the engineered version, available dimensions are: 15/4 × 120–135 × 800–1200 mm, 15/4 × 150 × 800–1200 mm, 15/4 × 180 × 1800–2400 mm, and 15/4 × 220 × 1800–2400 mm, with shorter boards making up to 25% of lengths below 1800 mm. The engineered version is suitable for underfloor heating.

Dąb Moss Rustic — For Which Interiors and Who?

Dąb Moss Rustic, made from European oak, is a proposition for those who value the authenticity of wood and its natural appearance. The hardwax oil finish excellently highlights the oak grain, and the brushed surface with 4V beveling gives the boards a distinctive character. Options between Natur and Rustic grades allow for tailoring the effect to the interior and personal preferences.

This product is excellent for use in living rooms, bedrooms, children's rooms, and wardrobes, creating a cozy, calm atmosphere without excessive smoothing. Thanks to brushing and 4V beveling, the wood details are more pronounced, making Dąb Moss Rustic blend with both modern and traditional styles.

It's also a decision for many years. European oak is known for its durability, and Lareco offers it as both solid and engineered boards. The engineered version is suitable for underfloor heating, offering greater flexibility in interior design.

Dąb Moss Rustic — Surface and Character

Dąb Moss Rustic is a floor made from European oak, finished with hardwax oil, giving it a natural look. Hardwax oil does not create a closed layer like lacquer, so the oak pattern is well visible, and the floor retains a more natural character. Easier local renovation is also a significant advantage of hardwax oil.

The brushed surface emphasizes the grain and highlights the wood's structure both to the touch and under light. 4V beveling clearly marks the edges of the boards, providing a clear plank effect across the floor. The Moss color changes depending on the lighting, ensuring the floor never looks flat.

The Natur or Rustic wood grades ensure natural variation. Knots, tonal changes, and other characteristic features of real oak may be visible. Over time, such a floor develops its own patina, which for many is a significant advantage of wooden floors.
