What Makes Dąb Słoneczny Rustic Stand Out?

The Bory Polskie Dąb Słoneczny Rustic flooring, made from European oak, introduces a warm and natural ambiance to interiors. The brushed 4V surface accentuates the wood grain, and the beveled edges emphasize the details of each board. The natural oak appearance, preserved by the hardwax oil finish, complements light and serene arrangements beautifully.

Available as both solid wood and engineered wood boards, this model offers additional versatility. Solid boards measure 15 × 90 × 600–700 mm and 15 × 120–130 × 700–800 mm, while engineered boards measure 15/4 × 90 × 600–700 mm and 15/4 × 120–135 × 700–800 mm. The selection includes Natur and Rustic grades.

The ability to install on underfloor heating is a significant feature of this flooring. When choosing, consider the differences between engineered and solid boards to tailor the product to your needs.

Dąb Słoneczny Rustic — Suitable for Which Interiors and Who?

Dąb Słoneczny Rustic is an excellent option for those seeking a naturally striking wood floor. The Rustic grade in European oak showcases a rich wood grain, giving interiors a more varied character and avoiding uniformity. This look pairs well with both simple, modern, and classic arrangements, and its light coloring helps brighten spaces. Explore other options in the natural wood flooring category.

An important element is the finish, comprising a brushed 4V surface and hardwax oil. Brushing enhances the oak grain, and the 4V bevel gives each board character. Hardwax oil highlights the authentic wood appearance, which is important for those who value direct contact with wood underfoot.

This flooring is also a durable investment. Oak performs well over the years, and this model is suitable for use with underfloor heating. If you're looking for wood with an authentic appearance, this variant is a fitting choice.

Dąb Słoneczny Rustic — Surface and Character

Dąb Słoneczny Rustic features a surface finished with hardwax oil, which better highlights the natural wood grain than a sealed lacquer finish. Thanks to brushing, the oak's grain and texture are more visible. A practical advantage in everyday use is the ability to refresh the finish locally. Characteristic of this board are knots, variable grain, and natural tonal changes in the wood, typical of the Natur or Rustic grade. The "Słoneczny" color reacts to light — appearing lighter in brighter interiors and more golden under warmer lighting. The 4V edges distinctly accentuate each board, creating an orderly floor structure. Want to know more about knots in wooden floors? We recommend our guide.
